Susan’s state-recognized master trainer certification through National K-9 covers basic and advanced obedience training, puppy development, kennel management, personal protection, attack and basic police canine.
Our Mission: Canine Cohorts establishes a solid foundation through obedience training from which your dog can grow as an individual, a family member and an accepted member of society of which you can be proud.
At Canine Cohorts, we believe one of the most important things that you can do for your dog is obedience training. You buy the best food, get necessary medical attention and buy a dog license but a large segment of your dog's life is neglected. Obedience training is a social language that people speak to their pets. Obedience training can solve many behavioral problems.
Training teaches the dog what is expected of him, giving him confidence and a desire to please. After being trained the dog has a solid foundation from which he can grow. Obedience training does not change your dog's personality; it only embellishes his good points. A playful dog before training will be a playful dog after training.
Canine Cohorts will fill the void in your dog's life. As an obedience training facility we will bring your dog into our kennel where he will be taught to heel, sit, down, come, stay and variations of these commands depending upon the level of training desired. All commands are taught verbally and with hand signals. We use training collars and praise as our teaching tools.
As a concerned dog owner give your dog a gift of love, have him trained.
