Residency
Program #1 $255. *
Three days, Your dog will be taught verbal commands on leash for heel, automatic sit, and sit. You will receive one private session on how to handle your trained dog at the time of pick up.
Program #2 $380. *
Five days, Your dog will be taught verbal commands on leash for heel, automatic sit, sit, and down at the handler’s side. You will receive two private sessions on how to handle your trained dog one at the time of pick up and another within thirty days of that date.
Program #3 $525. *
Eight days, Your dog will be taught verbal commands on leash for heel, automatic sit, sit, and down at the handler’s side and from the front. You will receive two private sessions on how to handle your trained dog one at the time of pick up and the other within thirty days of that date.
Program #4 $675. *
Eleven days, Your dog will be taught verbal commands on leash for heel, automatic sit, sit, come, and down at the handler’s side, from the front and in motion. You will receive two private sessions on how to handle your trained dog one at the time of pick up and the other within thirty days of that date.
Program #5 $825. *
Fourteen days, Your dog will be taught verbal commands and hand signals on leash for heel, automatic sit, sit, come, place and down at the handler’s side, from the front and in motion. You will receive three private sessions on how to handle your trained dog one at the time of pick up and the other two within thirty days of that date.
Private Lessons $250.
Five one to one and one half-hour sessions weekly, Train your dog under the guidance of a certified professional trainer. Commands include heel, automatic sit, sit, down, and come with variations and distractions.
Alpha Dog Program $50.
Learn how to gain the respect and control of your dog through symbolic and meaningful exercises in communication. Canine Cohorts will teach you the basics of canine communications through understanding of the social role of the Alpha dog. This unique program is available in conjunction with any of the obedience programs or lessons.
*Price includes one collar, one six-foot leather leash, and boarding for the training period.
Owners supply all dog food for the dog through the boarding/training period.
Above base pricing is contingent on the dog’s evaluation.
Payment terms
All payments are by cash or check. Credit is not available.
Residency shall be payable at 50% at the time of drop off and the remainder is due and payable upon pickup of the dog.
Private lessons shall be payable at the first lesson.
Boarding shall be payable at time of pickup.
Cancellation
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to re-schedule.

In order for any of these programs to be successful the owners must work at home to change patterns, and habits and to practice daily making adjustments for a lifetime of enjoyment. You must utilize these commands in everyday living. The time and energy that you invest are your only limiting factors.
